Project: Floor analysis for an area of 5,000 square meters for the handover based on the contract between the lessor and the P&C. This is especially important as the P&C parquet was laid on slab built by the Lessor, without a screed layer

Issue: Construction area handing over process between landlord and P&C- in accordance with the agreement, 5000m2 floor analysis. It is especially important because the P&C floor was placed on the structural concrete by the landlord without the formation of a screed concrete layer.

Challenge:

The Client needed a floor analysis that could help decide on the debated issue of   plane adherence among P&C, the Lessor and the General Contractor, and could also provide accurate information on the milling needed and the self-leveling floor as well as on the necessary correction work and logistics for the interior design company

Solution: 

Adopting the height values of the point cloud into the layout, where we highlighted the different height levels with colour analysis
