8 years’ lean management practice on construction sites and in building teams, where team members are delegated responsibilities and held accountable, while the problem-prevention approach is in the focus and it is the driver behind the whole process
5 years’ experience in further increasing lean-based productivity with an innovative approach, and the smart, step-by-step integration of the latest technological inventions in the execution processes, making it possible to eliminate waste and sustain clarity within the processes. Significant experience in the integration and practical application of laser scan, BIM technology and models during project implementation
Mission:
Integrating the latest technologies, which are based on lean management and capable of minimizing human errors, into the execution and production processes. Combining BIM technology with actual data provided by laser scanning for supporting the wide range of tasks of project managers. This approach makes it possible for the invested resources and decision-making processes to be based on reality, thus reducing waste caused by assumptions and estimates
